Refund policy

We will gladly accept a return for a store credit, exchange of size, exchange of item & refunds.

To make your return is effective you have to meet the follow requirements:

  •   The garment must be unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached
  •   The item is packaged back into the Synesthesia ziplock logo bag
  •   The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  •   The item has absolutely no marks or stains
  •   The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing detergents)
