Delivery Charges

US Domestic – Established rate of $9.99

INTL – All international orders will be subject to a $24.99 delivery charge. We wish international rates were cheaper, however handling tends to be more expensive.

General Orders

We aim to process all general orders within 5 to 7 working days after a processing time of 1 - 3 working days. However, we politely ask you to bear with us during times of high demand – including, but not limited to drop days, holidays and sales periods.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered products will be subject to  4 to 5 weeks after release day. If we experience any delays, we will inform you via email.
